MANUS x MACHINA: MET GALA 2016

The Met Gala was this Monday night and this year's theme was Manus x Machina, which means fashion in the age of technology. So, of course, the Red Carpet had a lot of intricate designs and a lot of metallics on display.
Here are a few of my faves who took Best Dressed for the night.
There were a lot of silver and white on the Red Carpet and a few of my favorites included Rita Ora in Vera Wang, chick definitely knows how to give face and look stunning wearing her couture gown.
Kate Hudson seems to always wear white on the Red Carpet and I am not mad about it, it looks good on her. Atelier Versace I made need this in my size for my wedding.
The couple that everyone was waiting for dressed in all Balmain, Mr. and Mrs. West. Olivier Rousteing knows how to dress his muse, perfectly, also, I need Yeezy's jacket in my life.
Claire Daines looked like a real life Cinderella in her Zac Posen gown, the fact that it glowed in the dark just makes you fall in love with fashion, even more.
And just for Honorable Mention Emily Ratajkowski looked amazing stepping out on the Red Carpet in her Prabal Gurung gown, her body is sick.
For my melanated sisters, YES GOD, please serve the kids.
Amandla Stenberg in Calvin Klein Collection, in my opinion, baby sis is so woke, she can wear whatever she wants and I would still be here for it.
Zendaya is another one, styled by Luxury Law in Michael Kors Collection, he always has her looking chic and age appropriate no matter the occasion.
Aja Naomi King from How to Get Away with Murder is giving all the Melanin I need in Prabal Gurung.
Zoe Saldana in Dolce and Gabbana is giving me peacock realness, but in a good way. Like the feathers and train on this gown is everything and navy looks so amazing against her skin.
And just for us ladies, Idris Elba in Tom Ford.
And the GOAT Nasir Jones, always looks good in a suit, he performed with the Weeknd.
Those are my favorites of the night, who keep making me fall in love with fashion every day.
