Whew, you couldn't tell me NOTHING and I mean NOTHING about a baggy pant, Tommy Hilfiger or camo outfit in the 90s, she set the blueprint for what Tomboy Chic was for us youngsters. (S/O to TLC for that blueprint as well)
Today marks Aaliyah's 38th Birthday and while she left us many sunsets ago, no one has been able to display her style and grace in a way that makes us fall in love like she did.
Happy Birthday, Baby Girl, we miss you, we miss your gentle spirit and the way you had fun doing what you love. I still love a good baggy pant and ANYTHING Tomboy Chic because of you.
